Glute-Focused Jumpboard Exercises
Glute-focused jumpboard exercises strengthen the glute muscles, improve hip stability, and develop lower limb control while challenging balance and coordination. These exercises are commonly performed in side-lying and four-point kneeling positions to isolate the glutes and reduce the contribution of the larger lower body muscle groups.

Arm & Upper Body Jumpboard Exercises
Arm-focused jumpboard exercises challenge upper body strength, shoulder stability, core control, and coordination while adding variety to jumpboard programming. Due to the increased load placed through the upper body, these exercises should generally be performed with lighter spring tension (typically 1 Blue or 1 Yellow Spring) to allow smooth, controlled movement.

Core-Focused Jumpboard Exercises
Core jumpboard exercises challenge abdominal strength, trunk stability, and coordination while maintaining control of the moving carriage. Unlike most jumpboard exercises, lighter spring tension creates a greater core challenge, as there is less assistance from the reformer. For this reason, 1 Yellow, 1 Yellow on high or 1 Blue Spring is generally recommended.
