Reformer Pilates Classes

Reform Essentials- 50 mins

For those who are new to Pilates or getting back into movement after break. Your Form+ Reform Essentials class is designed to get you using the Pilates reformer bed like a pro. Our expert instructors will guide you through spring changes, moving the carriage and using the straps. This will help you gain your balance, rhythm and using your breath with the movements so you feel ready to move in a confident way. We will focus on technique and help you to gradually increase strength, mobility and stability helping you to feel centered, grounded and strong. This class is best for beginners.

Reform Move- 50 mins

Looking for the next step up from Reform Essentials but not quite sure about jumping into an Advanced class yet? Then Reform Move is for you, all the fundamental Pilates moves you know and love from our Essentials classes but with more layers and more challenges with the aim to help you feel confident in an Athletic class.

 You might see the inclusions of more props or two props at once as well as the use of the jump board. We will always allow adequate rest time to help maximise your strength, starting and finishing with mindfulness and a good stretch. It's your Technique class plus just a bit extra. 

Reform Advanced- 5o mins

Reform Advanced is for those who are ready to level up their reformer Pilates game! This class will give you a full body toning workout designed to challenge you and make you feel strong. You can expect a dynamic workout using weights and props that will lengthen and strengthen your body and raise your heart rate helping you to find your flow. Our instructors will bring the vibe with high energy playlists helping to motivate you through this dynamic class. We recommend completing a minimum of 10 Technique classes prior to booking into an athletic class due to the fast paced nature of class.

Reform Jump - 5o mins

If you’re looking to get your sweat on, but also want to avoid the impact and stress of running or other forms of cardio – then our Reformer Jump! class is for you. We bring the music and vibes, you bring the sweat, this is a challenging class to help build cardio strength and endurance. If you want to get your heart rate up, work those legs to fatigue and get a full body endurance workout, this class is for you! *Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries or prenatal clients

Mumma and Mini - 5o mins

Think of this like you’re own little Pilates mum club. Our instructors who take our Mini + Me classes are mums, and they get it, they’ve been there, this is YOU time and we want to help support you getting back into an exercise routine you love! We get how hard it is to leave the house sometimes and we want you to feel welcome, safe and secure in this space. These classes are designed with new mamas and mamas to be in mind, we curate safe pilates exercises to help you regain your core strength and to help you safely and gently get back to exercise. Due to safety reasons, these classes are suitable for mamas with minis up to 6-8 months or until your bub is on the move. These classes are suitable for pre and post natal clients.

Reform Loaded- 5o mins

A Form+ signature hybrid class combining the best of reformer and mat-based strength training. Expect a mix of reformer sequences and grounded strength work designed to build endurance, stability and power - think reformer lunges, planks, and glute bridges paired with mat-based weighted strength exercises and controlled core burnouts. This class fuses the precision of Pilates with the intensity of functional strength training, leaving you feeling strong, sculpted and unstoppable - the Form+ way.

Mat Classes

Mat Essentials - 45 mins

Think mat Pilates is easier than reformer? Boy do we have news for you! Our mat classes are programmed to tone, strengthen and stretch and are sure to get those post exercise endorphins going. Our standard mat Pilates classes are suitable for all fitness levels with our expert instructors helping to guide you through a fun pilates workout concentrating on fundamental Pilates moves using a mix of Pilates props. Suitable for beginners.

Mat Loaded - 45 mins

Mat Loaded is a full-body, strength-focused class designed to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your movement. Blending controlled Pilates technique with bodyweight and small props, this class challenges your core, glutes, and postural muscles while staying true to the precision you know and love.

Mat Fusion - 45 mins

Mat Fusion is a mix of the Mat Pilates exercises you know and love while adding in some spicy elements of energising barre sequences (think lots of pulses, lots of core and lots of glutes!)

This is a dynamic mat based class which will leave your muscles shaking from start to finish. You'll walk out feeling energised and invigorated!

Yoga Flow- 60 mins

Our signature yoga class incorporates movement and breath to help your ground and calm your mind. The aim of this class is for you to leave feeling energised and alive. We aim to provide a class that combines strength, stretch and flow to help increase your overall body mobility. This is a class for all abilities with our expert instructors able to provide alternative movements if needed.
